NORA ELENA merupakan sebuah kisah yang diadaptasi dari salah satu novel popular terbitan Karangkraf — Kasih Yang Suci hasil nukilan Meen Zulaikha yang mengisahkan tentang perjalanan hidup seorang wanita bernama Nora Elena (Siti Saleha) yang terganggu hidupnya akibat dihantui pengalaman pahit dirogol 10 tahun yang lalu. Walaupun sukar untuk melupakan insiden hitam tersebut, kini beliau selesa menjalankan kehidupannya seperti normal dan bakal mengahwini Idham (Zul Ariffin).

Namun, keadaan mula berubah setelah bertemu Seth Tan (Aaron Aziz). Nora dan Idham yang dahulunya ibarat burung merpati sejoli, kini menjadi tidak sehaluan dan sering bertukar rasa cemburu dan marah. Secara tiba-tiba, Idham membatalkan majlis perkahwinannya dengan Nora Elena akibat dari salah faham Idham yang menyangkakan bahawa Nora mempunyai hubungan dengan Seth Tan, majikan Idham sendiri.

Apa yang mampu dizahirkan oleh seorang wanita hanyalah tangisan dan jeritan yang tidak mampu didengari sesiapa! Penderitaannya bertambah perit tatkala bisikan liar dan kata-kata hati yang sering mengingatkan Nora tentang apa yang telah mengubah statusnya daripada seorang perawan yang suci kepada sesuatu yang amat pahit untuk ditelan sendiri.

Lebih mendebarkan, Seth Tan menawarkan dirinya untuk menggantikan tempat Idham di dalam majlis perkahwinan tersebut kerana masa semakin suntuk. Sedalam manakah kejujuran lelaki misteri ini dan apakah jawapan di sebalik kehadirannya? Apakah yang akan berlaku kepada Seth Tan setelah kedudukan Idham yang tergugat kerana terbawa oleh mainan perasaan? Dan mampukah Nora dan Seth mempertahankan mahligai perkahwinan yang telah mereka bina apabila satu rahsia hitam paling memilukan akhirnya terbongkar?

Persimpangan cinta dan pencarian kasih yang tulus suci ini digambarkan melalui keperitan hidup dan tekanan emosi seorang wanita yang telah dihapus keceriaannya akibat kedurjanaan manusia, dan segala persoalan akan terjawab menerusi drama baru NORA ELENA, yang bakal menemui penonton pada 9 Mei 2011, pada setiap hari Isnin hingga Khamis, jam 7.00malam, di slot Akasia, hanya di TV3.
